On December 13th Miranda turned 11. It was a fun day. She most loved her new camera and has been having fun playing with Photo Shop and all of the pictures she's been taking (you've gotta love digital). She chose for her activity to go to the Voice Male Christmas Concert. What a fun show! We loved it! Then our friends, the Lamb family came over in the evening. We had dinner, made gingerbread houses, and the kids had a ball fight downstairs (you'll have to ask them about the details of that). Miranda had such a fun day. Also, a special thanks to grandparents who shared in Miranda's joy!

Rory is in denial that Miranda is growing so quickly, but it is wonderful to watch her as she is turning into such a beautiful young lady. She has such an amazing spirit. Miranda's very being seeks for all good things, she can't stand to be around even the smallest of contention. She is a wonderful spiritual barometer in our home. Miranda still loves art and all things creative. She's constantly looking for something to create. She still loves reptiles, and dislikes piano. She does a great job in school and loves her teacher, Mr. Allen. Her best friends are Ariel LaFollette, Sage Jensen, and Adrie Johnson. We are so grateful for you, Miranda. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our family!
