Kali and I got to go to the Logan Fire Station for a field trip today. Kali was excited to go, but got bored kind of fast. The fireman that took us through was really cute with the kids. I think the moms got more out of it, though. He even told the kids that there was a good possibility that their house could start on fire. Wow! That's a comfort. And yes, Kali is now scared our house is going to catch on fire.
Kali is being held by her teacher because the fireman scared her to death.

our preschool firehouse field trip ended early with the firemen leaving with the sirens blaring to answer a call...yeah my kids were traumatized. maybe that is just a rite of passage for preschoolers.
